Your experience will begin with bevy of small snacks on the terrace. Afterward, we will transition to the dining room for a multi course feast featuring the best local and specialty ingredients that Chef Binkley can source. Tables are available Wednesday – Saturday for one 6:30PM seating and reservations are required. We have 20 seats available each night we are open, and when we are sold out, we are truly sold out. At the time you make your reservation, please let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The menu is $240 per person and additional items are available. Wine pairings are $200 per person, Wagyu beef is $54 for a 2oz portion; Kaluga caviar is $146 for a 1oz portion; Osetra caviar is $86 for a 1.1oz portion; and foie gras is $45 for a 2.5oz portion. Your reservation is nonrefundable – like purchasing a ticket to a concert, movie, or sports event. At the time you make your reservation your credit card will be charged for your meal and any additions, plus a 22% service charge and 8.6% tax. By requiring pre-purchase of tickets, we minimize the frequency of no shows, and we create the best possible dining experience. If you need to cancel a reservation you may transfer it to someone else, otherwise you will be charged for the food only.
