ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE
Your dining experience at Binkley’s Restaurant will take you through different sections of the restaurant—starting on our terrace adjacent to Amy Binkley’s garden, followed by moving to the intimate bar area, and ending at your table in the attractive dining room. The dining room might be thought of as an extension of Chef Binkley’s home and kitchen, and the warm, pleasant ambience is designed to be both welcoming and relaxing.
The Binkley’s Restaurant dining experience includes a seasonally driven menu that is determined by the chef the day of your reservation. We serve one menu with many courses each night. All of our guests are served each course at the same time, and the cooks come out and describe the dishes. Chef Binkley invites his guests to join him in the kitchen from time to time during the evening. The courses are offered in a specific sequence, and we want you to be able to enjoy them all. Please arrive promptly at the time of your reservation so that you do not miss any of the many courses Chef is preparing for you.
You will want to allow at least 3.5 hours for the dining experience. We are very much looking forward to having you as our guest, and we are committed to making your evening both delightful and memorable.
We are open Wednesday – Saturday with limited seating. We have 24 spots available for each evening, and when we are sold out, it is truly sold out. Reservations are required. At the time you make your reservation, please let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The menu is $180 per person, and additional items are available: Wine pairings ($135 per person), Wagyu ($48 per person) and Caviar ($75 per person). Your dining experience reservation is nonrefundable—like purchasing a ticket to a concert, movie, or sports event. At the time you make your reservation, your credit card will be charged for your meal and wine pairings plus a 22% service charge. By requiring pre-purchase of tickets, we minimize the frequency of no shows, and we create the best possible dining experience. If you need to cancel a reservation, you may transfer it to someone else; otherwise, you will be charged for the food only.
