The New Binkley’s

The dining experience at Binkley’s Restaurant will take you through different sections of the restaurant—from the garden and patio to communal dining inside the house at the bar and then to your own table in the inviting and attractive dining room. The dining room might be thought of as an extension of Chef Binkley’s home and kitchen, and the warm, intimate ambience is intended to be both welcoming and relaxing. To this end, we ask that any cell phone usage take place outside the restaurant.

You will want to allow at least 3 hours of your time for the dining experience. Please arrive promptly at the time of your reservation so that you do not miss any of the many courses the chef is preparing for you. The courses are offered in a specific sequence, and we want you to be able to enjoy them all. The Binkley’s Restaurant dining experience includes a seasonally driven menu that is determined by the chef the day of your reservation. When you reserve your table on our website, please tell us (in the space provided) of any dietary restrictions you may have, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are open Thursday – Sunday with limited seating available, and limited seating times.
Reservations are required and are to be made online only. More dates will be available in December soon.
We open reservations up to 30 days out from the current month.


The menu is $160 per person. Additional items available will be beverage pairings ($85 per person), Sommelier pairings ($130 per person) and Chef’s Beverage pairings ($190 per person). We automatically add a 22% service charge when purchasing a ticket. Please allow 3 hours for the full dining experience.


We serve one menu with many course each night. Your dining experience will take you through different sections of the house – anywhere from the patio, communal dining at the bar, and your own table in the main dining room. All of our guests are served each course at the same time, and the cooks come out and describe the dishes. By requiring pre-purchase of tickets, we minimize the frequency of no shows, and ensure that we create the best possible dining experience. We have 24 spots available for each seating – when it’s sold out, it’s sold out. Dining experiences are non-refundable (it’s like buying a ticket to a concert, movie or baseball game) and can’t be switched to a different date or time, but they are transferable to other people.
