Cancellation Policy: Please know that your card was required to secure this reservation. Cancellations must be done by no later than 4 days prior to your reservation and by 5:00 pm ET or the full amount per person will be kept as all payments are considered final.
The Binkley’s Restaurant reservations office will contact you directly via the telephone number or email address we provided them to reconfirm your reservation. At this time, they will inquire about any allergies or dietary restrictions of members of your party, as well as any special occasions you may be celebrating. As a reminder, the menu changes daily and modifications are rarely permitted. Vegan, Vegetarian and those who keep Kosher cannot be accommodated, nor can guests with seafood or shellfish allergies. Other menu modifications are permitted on a case-by-case basis.
Binkley’s Restaurant requires jackets for gentlemen, ties are most welcome, but sneakers, shorts or jeans are not permitted in the restaurant, and there are no exceptions. The dress code is strictly enforced and failure to adhere to the outlined dress code will result in your reservation being forfeited upon arrival at the restaurant and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, so please arrive dressed appropriately based on the restaurants requirements.
The Menu: The menu is a market-driven tasting menu that is determined by the chef the day of your reservation. Chef Caesar’s intention is to preserve the integrity of the product and therefore modifications are limited. The menu has a heavy focus on seafood; including both raw fish and shellfish. Unfortunately, vegetarians cannot be accommodated and additional restrictions are permitted on a case by case basis. If there are guests who keep Kosher or who do not eat seafood and or shellfish, this experience can not be reserved as they do not offer substitutions. Payment: If using a gift certificate, please provide details no later than one week before the reservation. Your reservation was initially secured with a credit card. With your permission at the time of booking, the cost of the menu, plus tax and a 20% service fee is charged in full to the credit card that was provided. Payment is collected in full one week in advance on the credit card that was provided. All payments are considered final. By providing your credit card information you agree with the reservation policy and authorize Binkley’s Restaurant to process a prepayment for the dinner. **Please know that this charge will appear from Binkleys Restaurant Group on your statement**
Please allow approximately two and a half hours of your time for the dining experience.
Please arrive promptly at the time of your reservation to ensure that you receive the complete menu. The menu is served in sequence. Late arrivals will commence at the point in the meal upon arrival. Missed courses are not served out of sequence.
The Dining Room: The Chef’s Table at Binkley’s Restaurant is an intimate 20 seat communal dining experience. The dining room that our guests are seated in is also a working kitchen. We welcome you to enjoy our food free of distractions. We request no pictures or notes to be taken. Out of respect for the other guests, cell phones must be used outside. When confirming your reservation, you are agreeing to these requests.
Seating Policies: Due to the overwhelming popularity for reservations, once your reservation is secured, it is secured and the time and party size cannot change. Requesting to do so may forfeit your reservation as availability is extremely limited.
Your reservation is required to be confirmed no later than 8 days in advance of the dining date. I will provide you with a reminder about the secured reservation in advance of this policy; however all confirmations must be done directly through Binkley’s Restaurant. They too may reach out to you via phone and or email to confirm this reservation. Please note as a reminder that the restaurant will charge your card on this confirmation date. A Charge of $150.00 per person with additional tax and 20% gratuity will be applied. If there are any changes or cancellations please do not hesitate to let me know and I will take care of everything for you. If you require wine pairing the sommelier will be happy to assist your table with selections. If you require car service to and from the restaurant I am happy to make those arrangements as well.
